DownloadNewquay View Resort is situated in a series of beautiful valleys close to Porth – a coastal village two miles from Newquay town centre. Porth, with its gorgeous beach and the wildlife-rich Porth Island are around a 15 minute walk from our resort. We’re happy to welcome solo travelers, couples and families to stay with us at our holiday park near Newquay.

You’ll find family attractions, beautiful cliff-top walks, delicious restaurants and the best surfing beaches to keep you fully entertained plus some of Cornwall’s most stunning beaches including Watergate Bay, Mawgan Porth and Lusty Glaze are within easy reach of our resort. We also host a 12 month season, so you can holiday with us anytime of the year! New for 2017, we will be serving hot meals in the Venue Club, with breakfast available in the Cafe.
PLEASE NOTE: If booking for November there is a Country & Western Festival taking place on the resort from the 8th – 12th November. Therefore there will be limited facilities available on the resort during this time, and the Venue will be closed, we apologise for any inconvenience caused. You can purchase tickets to the event if you wish, which will allow you entry into the festival. It really is great fun a real chance to let your hair down – ye ha!
PLEASE NOTE: If booking for August 2018 please be aware that Boardmasters Festival takes place nearby Newquay View Resort from 8th – 12th August 2018.

Our Venue Club houses nightly entertainment from Easter weekend until the end of October half-term and includes a kids disco, with light up dance floor and mascot Surfing Sami keeping the little ones entertained early on in the evening. We now have a fully functional kitchen offering delicious dishes using local products, providing evening meals Monday to Sunday and a lunch menu Saturday & Sunday. Here is a summary of what you’ll find on Newquay View Resort; both our pools are free for guests to use.

Newquay View Resort has a great range of on-site facilities, making it perfect for couples, solo travelers and families to enjoy.
We are very pleased to introduce our brand new, on-site hair and beauty salon: My Fair Lady offering a full range of beauty and pamper treatments as well as hair styling and massage. This beautifully decorated salon has a Bedouin tent available for a relaxing massage and stylish areas for nails and hair styling. Kernow Sport and Leisure run a fun and varied kids’ activity club at Newquay View Resort. There are a variety of fun activities taking place over the Easter holidays including Nerf War, archery and pistol shooting or clay modelling and T-shirt decorating. Each hour and a half session takes place from 9am – 10.30am and costs £10. Sessions must be booked in advance by calling 07855 902458 or emailing: info@kernowsportandleisure.co.uk

Brand new for 2017, have fun with ping pong out in the lovely Cornish sunshine! Situated near our outdoor pool, gear up for some fast, competitive action.
We’ve recently renovated our upstairs area at the venue, complete with kitchen, bar and stage and are now open during the winter months, every Friday and Saturday evening. Equipped with TV’s, BT sports, pool table and a dartboard it offers a cosy atmosphere to relax in. It’s also available to hire for private functions.
The Venue is a hub of entertainment here at Newquay View Resort. Boasting two licensed bars, pool tables and seating for 300, The Venue is the perfect place to unwind day or night. In the summer season, we bring you nightly performances between Easter and the end of October, as well as classic party games and discos! Free Wi-Fi is available in the Venue.

Our 20 metre swimming pool is one of the largest privately owned pools in Cornwall and has new changing rooms, a sauna and steam room – all included free of charge for you to enjoy during your stay. With plenty of inflatable’s floating around to play or train with you will have a splashingly good time. Our poolside shop stocks costumes and swimming supplies just in case you need them and our friendly lifeguards keep a careful eye on all swimmers. For opening times click here
Brand new for 2016 our Beer Garden outside the Venue Club is surrounded by beautiful countryside views, and includes a covered sail for shade. Conveniently situated by our outdoor pool, you’re welcome to enjoy drinks from the Venue Club here.
If dropping your fitness sessions, even when you are on holiday, breaks you out in a cold sweat or if you are looking for a holiday with some built in activity make sure you book a session with Tony who provides one to one or groups sessions and sports massage to help you recover. Find out more
Newquay View Resort are delighted to offer a swim school in association with the Cornish Swim Academy. Learn to swim or improver sessions are available for all ages in the Endless Pool Elite facility, the latest piece of swimming technology. Find out more
Our outdoor swimming pool is fully heated and is located outside of the Venue Club in a stunning park of the resort. Surrounded by rolling hills and with plenty of room to sit and watch others in the pool whilst you’re perched on a picnic bench.

Housed in the The Venue Club, our amusement arcade has classics including slot machines, driving games and fruit machines. Get those coppers ready and win some goodies! Please note: over the winter months our arcade is closed but it will be open for February half term
Newquay View has two adventure playgrounds offering a slide, swings and climbing frames for the little ones to explore!
The Poolside Café is cosy place to treat yourself to a big breakfast, tasty lunch or hot drinks and is in our leisure complex building, which also houses the indoor swimming pool. The poolside cafe is open every day from 9am – 5pm
For our camping and touring guests there are three toilet and shower complexes dotted around the park with private cubicles, shaver points and plug sockets for electrical appliances. There are also three undercover sink areas for dishwashing.
A holiday to Newquay would not be the same without learning to surf in the UK’s surf capital. Blue Surf School at Newquay View Resort offer surf lessons for couples, groups, solo travelers and the whole family. Stocked with groceries, refreshments, souvenirs and other holiday necessities with loads of monthly savings. Louise and James in our Londis Shop have everything needed for a well-equipped holiday. They are also open to local customers.
Our self-service laundrette is open every day, should you need to do any laundry during your stay. There are coin operated washing machines and tumble dryers inside, as well as a sink area for hand-washing items.
We have entertainment to keep you and your family entertained throughout the day and night. With daily activities for kids and adults including mini Olympics, chocolate parties, pool tournaments and daily cash bingo you will never be bored. Plus our brand new nightly shows presented by our welcoming entertainment team are coupled with fun for the kids featuring our cuddly mascot Surfing Sami. Entertainment runs from Easter through to October half term.

We’ve got plenty to keep you entertained during the day with Surfing Sami’s Funhouse for the kids plus the chance to become an entertainer, join a pop group or our Choir, try out for our talent contest or show us your skills in our darts tournament, pub quiz and games championship.

Our nightly entertainment starts each night at 7pm with a kids’ disco, followed by Sufing Sami’s Fun House with dancing games and nightly prizes. Every night our entertainments team will bring you cash bingo, gameshow time, karaoke, talent performances and our late night disco party. Plus one of our fabulous live shows.

Surfing Sami’s Funhouse takes place every day at 10.30am – 12.30pm. Enjoy a range of activities including arts and crafts, crazy household science and chocolate parties. As a beach paradise and the surfing capital of the UK, a holiday in Newquay would not be complete without visiting at least one of its stunning, golden sanded beaches. Walk across two miles of golden sand at Watergate Bay, mix with the wave riders on Fistral or dare to ride the zip wire at Lusty Glaze! Whichever beach you decide to visit, you won’t be disappointed.

There are lots of exotic and beautiful animals within the houses and exhibits, as well as feeding times and talks, an adventure playground and dragon maze.
