Situated on the stunning North Cornwall coast, Newquay is known for its seven beaches, walks and coastal views. We have put together a local’s guide to walks from our resort for you to enjoy during your stay with us, be it alone, with your partner, family or dog!
This guide features a variety of long and short walks to accommodate all abilities. It includes the route to the local beaches and town centre along Newquay’s coastline, a short trip to the nearby Porth island with spectacular panoramic views, a trek along the South West Coastal Path taking you to Watergate Bay, and a countryside walk through the bridle paths of nearby farms.
Pictured above is a view from the South West Coastal Path overlooking Whipsiderry beach, Porth island and Headland Point in the distance. You will get to see this view at the start of the walks included in our guide.
